Happy Monday! Look at the picture Mom showed us that was on Instagram! I wonder if this dog gets treats at work like the dogs at Vital Essentials? Haha, what a silly picture!! 

This weekend was so fun. We got to play outside a lot because it was really nice out. Mom tried taking some pictures of Savanna and I (Marlow), but they turned out a little blurry. I'm going to share them anyway. We got to play with this thing that mom called a soccer ball. I don't even know what soccer is, but the ball was fun to push around. Savanna and I have so much fun playing in the back yard. We love to play tag and also see who can run the fastest! I'm so glad the weather was nice and we got to go outside to play.

Good Morning!! It's Emma. Thank you for coming by to read my blog. I love writing on here and wish I could meet everyone who reads this. I really love people, especially when they scratch my back. hehe I'll pay you back with kisses. Mom took a video of me eating some of my Vital Essentials patty. I look really silly when I eat. I still want to share the video with you though so you can see how cute I am. In the video you can see that Ellie really wanted some of my patty. She eats much faster than me and then tries to come steal mine! Shes such a silly sister, but she is so much healthier and I am glad for that!

It's almost the weekend. I hope my sisters and I get to do something really fun like sleep on the couch all day! May sound boring to you, but I love it!!

We're back!

Hello Hello Hello Hello!! Those are four hellos from all four of us!! We are so glad to be back online. It's been way too long,but Mom has been so busy! Luckily, she has been taking lots of pictures and videos for us to share with you. We have been going outside a lot more and playing in the fenced in yard that we have. We love doing that. Marlow and Savanna are always so hyper, so it lets them run off some energy. Today is going to be a great day I can already tell. Here is a video of all four of us. Enjoy!

HI! IT'S FRIDAY!!! It's rainy and dark, but that just means more snuggle time with mom!!! I have had a great week. We are loving our new Vital Essentials food especially the treats. Grandpa only gives us 1 treat a day, but he says that this will make them last longer and encourage us to be good puppies. My family still calls Ellie and I puppies even though we are 9 years old. This means we are roughly 63 in human years, which is older than grandpa. Why do they call us puppies? haha, oh well... I'll take being called young and cute rather than old and wrinkly any day!

I told you we get to snuggle more when its rainy. :) hehe.... I love my mom.

RUFF RUFF RUFF!! Good morning :) I wanted to share some silly pictures of me (Savanna) and Emma. She is drinking out of mom's cup and I got cozy in the car seat in the car. It's almost the weekend. Hi there everyone! Its Emma. Mom found a video of my older sisters Deech and Lou (the huskies) and said I could share it!! It also has one of my best friends, Bailee, in the video. She was 4 here and was chasing my big sisters. They were so good with kids. That's how Ellie and I learned to be so patient with kids always wanting to hold on. They think since we are so small that we are "their size" so we just have learned to love children back when they love on us. :) Its a win-win situation!

Lights, Camera, Action!

Look, Look!!! Grandpa took a video of us so that we could put it on our blog! We were just lounging outside in the sun and he came out with the camera. Did you see when I, Ellie, rolled over to get a belly rub? Those are my absolute favorite and Mom and Grandpa are a sucker for me so I get them a lot! I'm blessed. I hope we can start taking more video and putting them on here, but as for now this is all we have! 

Also, look at how emma spins in circles. She's so silly.

Trying new things

Hello!! We finally got some pictures up of us exploring our new Vital Essentials food. Mom is letting me post pics of all four of us. This is Marlow speaking. I haven't been on here in a while, but I'm happy to be back! This weekend was pretty normal for all of us. We just stayed at home, but we did get to play outside because it was so nice out. People were in and out of the house all weekend. It seems like they were so busy, don't they ever just want to sleep all day like me? Haha, I don't even know what I'd do if I had to stay away more than 3 hours!! I love my naps. We all do!

Happy Spring!

Good Afternoon, Ellie speaking!! It's the first day of spring!!! I am just so excited. I want to run and play outside forever!! I have been feeling so much better lately and have been doing really well with my insulin. I am so excited that I am going to be able to have more fun this spring now that Mom and I have my diabetes under control. Today we have already been outside quite a bit. It's a little rainy, but that doesn't even bother me right now because it's warm outside!!! When Emma and I came inside we were just so tired, so we took a short nap on Mom's lap. Both of us can fit on her lap, that's one of the benefits of being so small. Well, talk to you soon! 

Sleepy Vanna

Hello! How did you sleep? I slept so good. Mom lets me, emma, and ellie sleep with her every night. Its really nice of her. Marlow sleeps in Mom's sisters room. I like to snuggle right up next to Mom, but sometimes she says it's too much because I'm in her face. Haha! She snuck a picture of me sleeping last night. She's sneaky, but she said I could add it to my post today. I'm glad she lets me write to you guys! I want to hear more from you though!!

Black Sheep

Hello!! Good morning! I am so excited today because it is SOO nice outside! This winter has been very mild, but now its almost spring and that means I can run and play outside all the time! I'm happy Mom has a fence in the backyard so that she can trust me to be outside for a long time! Yesterday, we went on a walk with Mom. It was awesome! I got kind of tired though... maybe Mom forgets that I am so much smaller than her. She had to carry Emma and I a little bit of the way. When I got home I was so tired, so I took a little cap nap (haha) outside with Emma. Mom snapped a picture of it. She says Emma looks like a black sheep and that means she is cute. I don't get it because I've never even seen a black sheep. My Mom is silly. Well, Mom is saying we can go outside so I'm outta here!! BYE! -Ellie

Happy Monday

Hello!!! Emma speaking! How was everyone's weekend? Mine was great!! I spent a lot of time playing with my sisters and sleeping. This is typical for me though, haha. I met a neighbor puppy of ours this weekend. She was really nice! I hope mom lets me meet her again soon!! She is the same type of dog as Savanna is (maltese - bishon mix). They were both so hyper and jumping around. Oh, to be young again.

Hey!! It's Friday!! That means its almost the weekend! This week has been great. My sisters and I got some new Vital Essentials dog food and we just love it. We have also just been running around the house like crazy. Ellie seems to be feeling better, which is awesome!!! Also, we got to go see our baby friends, Jakey & NaNa!

My Best Friend

Remember when I showed you Bailee and Lou?? Well, Mom took a picture of Bailee and I in the car. I love her!!! She is so sweet to me. We were going out for a ride to meet some of Mom's friends. Bailee is Mom's friend too. I like going for rides in the car. Ellie gets very nervous, but for me its an adventure!! I try to see out the windows, but I'm really just too small. 

I hope Mom lets me see Bailee again soon. She runs and plays with me and it's so fun!!

I keep asking Mom to get a video of Ellie and I but she never has time. Hopefully I can convince her soon so you guys can see us! :)

new dog food

Hello :) It's Ellie today. I wanted to talk about some of the new Vital Essentials dog food that Mom gave us. YUM! Emma, Savanna, and I had a race to see who could eat it the fastest. It's just soo good!! Unlike anything I've ever had before. Mom says that maybe I can get off my insulin shots with this raw dog food because it will help regulate my blood sugar. That'd be awesome! I'm tired of getting poked in the bottom everyday for my shots. But, I know I have to do whats best for my health.

Husky Kisses

 Happy Monday!! I, Emma, wanted to share some pictures of my big sister Lou with one of my friends, Bailee. This was last year. I think the second picture is so cute, because it really shows how caring Lou-bee was. Look at her giving Bailee kisses. Such a sweet big sister.

This weekend was pretty normal for us. Everyone in the house seemed really busy and on the go a lot. I just wanted to run out the door with them, but they didn't invite me! Bummer! We got some new Vital Essentials dog food also. I asked Mom if we can post picture soon, she agreed. So be on the look out!!

I wanted to share with you guys a silly picture that Mom took. I like to sit on her lap and cuddle with her a lot. Today, I got thirsty and just started drinking out of her water glass. Haha. She told me to stop, but snapped a picture first! I am silly! Her water tasted better than mine, probably because it was in a pretty clear glass rather than my silver doggy bowl.

Big Sisters

Good Morning. I wanted to show you guys my older sisters. They passed away this summer, but they were so beautiful. They were Siberian huskies.. much bigger than us. They were so caring and nice, to everyone. I have never even heard them bark, but sometimes they would sing with police sirens. Haha, they were silly like that. 


One time, when Ellie and I were really young, a big dog ran into our yard! We were too small to out run the dog, so our big sisters protected us! They pounced on the big Lab, but didn't hurt him. It just gave us enough time to run back to the safety of Grandpa. Gosh, they were so good to us. I miss them a lot, but I know they are happy in doggy heaven. 


Deech and Lou were twins and best friends, just like Ellie and me!! They taught us a lot about being kind, caring, loving. Ellie and I never fight, and neither did Deech and Lou. But, sometimes they would joke around with each other. When Mom would pet one of them, the other would always try to steal the attention away by talking loudly. Sometimes I felt bad for them because we got to stay inside with Mom and they lived outside. But, I'm sure they liked that better anyway since they got to run around ALL day. (LUCKY!!)

Nap Time!

Hey!! Look at Me and my Mom taking a nap! I love taking naps with her. She wouldn't let me cuddle with her this time though because I kept licking her face. I was just trying to soothe her to sleep, but she said it kept her awake. So we shared a pillow instead. Man, I love being around my Mom. I don't have any videos to upload yet, but you should see the dance I can do. It's great and my Mom and Dad always smile and laugh when I do it. I'll try to get a video for you guys! :)

Well, I'm gonna go searching through the house. Shhh, don't tell Marlow. I want her to come find me.

Hi again! Thanks for coming to listen to me talk. I like when people listen to me because it makes me feel important (even though Mom tells me I'm important daily). Big News!!!

Hey!! I have really big and exciting news to share with you. I, Ellie, am getting better! I am gaining weight and feel so much better. I have finally gained control of the disease. I take my medicine every day like a champion. I am able to get out and enjoy life more too. I don't shake anymore and I feel great. I wish you all could see my transformation. I feel great and I want to shout it out!!!! Mom even took me out on a car ride this weekend! Well, I'm gonna get out and enjoy the day!

It's Friday!

Hi! :) It's Savanna and it's Friday! This makes me happy because on the weekends I get to see my family a lot more! Marlow and I get a lot more playing time together too. I'm so happy I moved in with this family and have 3 sisters. I think I got lucky. I've heard of some dogs that have no siblings, that would be boring. Since Marlow is my age we like to do the same things. And, Emma and Ellie always keep us in check. Sometimes they are too serious, but I guess it's because they've been around longer and know more. hehe

I wish I could meeting everyone reading this. I love people and people usually love me. I'm not shy at all, but sometimes Mom says I can be annoying to people.. (whatever that means). Well thanks for stopping in today, if you live close, come visit me!! Maybe I can go to my Aunt Ali's soon. hehe, I hope she reads this!

Hi, It's Ellie again. Mom says we need to start saying who we are when we talk, because people won't know who we are. (Who really cares) But, I guess I'll do what Mom says. 

I wanted to talk about my sister, Emma, and me. We are inseparable. When I move, she moves with me. I can't even take a nap without her basically being on top of me or snuggled right up next to me. Mom gave us a treat and she had to sit right next to me. I'll show you a picture. 

See! That's me on the left... and Emma just snuck right up behind me to eat her treat next to me. She's so silly, but I love her so much. She's my best friend in the whole world. And I have a lot of friends! hehe

Good Morning!

Hello Hello Hello!! This morning has been so great. My favorite thing about the mornings is torturing Marlow and also my back/belly rubs. The first thing I do every morning is snuggle up to Mom and just bother her until she wakes up and rubs my back. Emma and Ellie always try to sneak in and steal her hands away, but since I'm bigger I don't budge. This morning Mom made sure to give me lots of back rubs with no interruptions. I'm going to be a good girl for her today. I love her so much.

I feel bad for Ellie today. Since she is going blind, she sometimes runs into things. Look what she did this morning because she didn't see the food bowl. Her little nose hit it and all the pieces went flying. Don't worry, I helped her clean the mess by eating the food! :) hehe

Bath Time

As promised, Mom gave all 4 of us baths. We hate bath time, especially in the winter. Lucky for me (Marlow), I get to take my baths in the big tub while the rest of them take theirs in the sink. Haha ...those tiny munchkin sisters of mine... Mom took pictures of us so we could post them on here. We look ridiculous when we are wet.

Doggy Skype

Hey everyone!! It's Monday! I love Mondays, even though everyone else is grouchy. We had a great weekend here at the house. We played and a lot of people came over to visit us... well they were visiting our family, but I'd like to think they were coming just to see me. Last night, we got to do something so fun.. we skyped our best friend Winnie! She is my mom's, best friend's dog. She's so awesome, but sometimes she thinks she can beat me at things, but I don't let her. HaHa

Mom says we have to get baths tonight. All 4 of us. I'll upload some pictures tomorrow!

Good morning! Savanna here! Look how pretty I look with my bows in my hair. I love when my mom let's me get them. This morning has been a typical morning. Right when I woke up, I went and talked to Marlow since she was in her cage. She always gets mad at me because I'm out and about and she's not. But, it's not my fault that I get out first. I guess Mom just likes me better, okay im kidding!

I was searching around the yard today for a place to get out of the fence. I am determined to get out. One time I got out and Mom had to chase me. It was such a fun game, but she was not happy. I had to sit in time out. Maybe I'll grow out of it one day.. haha, yea right! Life's too short to not explore.

Well, Marlow wants to play so I gotta go! RUFF!

Forgotten Details

Hi there...This is Ellie speaking. I'm a lot less outgoing than my sister, but I wanted to fill you in on some things about me. I'm pretty shy and she forgot to mention a HUGE detail about my life. I have diabetes. I found out I had it back in August when I went back to living with my mom. I have to get two shots a day. I tried to fight my mom for the first few months so she wouldn't give me shots, but she was persistent. Now, I realize they actually make me feel better so I just bear with them. I have my good days and bad days with my health, as we all do I'm sure.

A normal day for me involves sleeping on my moms lap or curled up in my bed. Since I'm 9 now I don't have the energy to run and play with my younger sisters Savanna and Marlow. I can remember being young like them and loving to run in the front yard with Emma. We had to jump over the grass because we were so small, but we always just made a game out of it so it was fun!

Well, I'm getting tired again and mom needs the computer. I'm sure one of my sisters will blab on here soon.

Here is a little about us....

I'm Emma. I am a 4lb all black teacup poodle. I am 9 years young. My sister is Ellie. She too is 4lbs, but I'm still smaller than her. Ellie is going blind with old age, so I am kind of like her seeing eye dog... (get it, hehe.) We just got a new sister named Savanna. She is an all white, maltese bichon mixture. Gosh, she's pretty. I love her, but sometimes we argue. Our other sister - she's our step sister - is Marlow. Shes a grey shih tzu. She's just as feisty as me. You'll figure us all out more throughout our daily blog posts.
